Biography
Ciro Roberto Rinaldi has done his MD from University Federico II Naples, Italy. He did his PhD in Biotechnology and during his PhD he moved to Chicago where he worked in Giuseppina Nucifora’s Lab at the University of Illinois. He is a Consultant Hematologist at United Lincolnshire Hospital Trust and specialized in MPN, MDS, and Myeloma. He has been a Visiting Professor in Biomedical Science at University of Lincoln in 2015, where he led the MPN/MDS Molecular Biology Lab focusing on Philadelphia-negative MPN and abnormal pathways in MDS. In 2014, he became the Haematology Expert Clinical Advisory Group (ECAG) Lead for the East Midland.
